It's Pessach Time- Talli's Giveaways

Talli's message:

Cookie monster diesel jacket - you can turn it inside out and look like a fluffy blue monster. Not very warm but big and puffy.

Pretty tops for ladies with some chest.

Black trousers, honigman, size 40. Bootleg?

Also: various unworn bras, unworn skanky thongs, a cookbook, purple plastic jar, handbags, a purple tunic, pretty zara button down shirt with black dots... we should have a swap day! Everyone brings stuff they don't want but is still good and swaps with other people.

My sister in law Nirit also suggested a swap day. What do you guys say? When should we do this?

I suggest the 5th of April.

It's Pessach time- Part 1

Hey girls and happy Pessach!

As happy can be with all the cleaning and the not so great food (except for Jen's pecan cake).
Every year I go over the entire house in search of stuff to give away.
Somehow the more I get rid off the lighter I feel after this holiday.

Let me offer you some background music

Hi girls,
After a small talk with my hubby, I came to the conclusion that I really need to stop being a loser and start working on the blog again.

So... I am now looking for girls who feel like meeting up over Pessah vacation to try some new hair styles and also some ideas for new styles I haven't tried yet.

Looking forward to hearnig from you soon...

Announcement

Dear readers,
I'm sorry I haven't posted anything lately. With everything that is going on in my life now (my husband getting into Wiezmann for a masters program, looking for an apartment in Rehovot and a tenant for the one in Haifa and getting ready for our long honeymoon in India), it seems like I won't be able to invest the proper time in this blog.

Again, I'm very sorry but it will have to wait.

I'll see you all in a while.

Day 18 & 19- The Fantasy Heroine and A Tribute to the 20's

Hey everyone,
For today I have a little do inspired by all these fantasy shows with half naked girls, not that I'm hinting at anything but they have cool hairdos. Anyways, there are 5 braids here (3 on one side and 2 on the other) that connect in the back.

For the second do I have a little wink at the 20's with a do:

and this is the back:

The hair band can hold the hair tighter, like this:

or more lose, like this:

Day 17- The Hair Band

Hey,
This is my hair braid (made of my own hair). It's a nice addition to any do, but today I'm wearing it with half a pony tail held by a little clip.

See you tomorrow!

XOXO

Days 15 & 16 - 2 French Braids and The Inverted Heidi

Hey Ladies,
First of all I would like to apologize for not being on time with my posts. No excuses! I will try to be on time from now on.

For this post, I'm trying the feather extensions I got at Beauty Care - they came in a pack of two. I screwed up the first one because I didn't know how to put it in properly, but after a little video on YouTube I became wiser and got it in. The purple looks cute but it's pretty thin and is a little lost in my hair, still a good for the 4 nis it cost (per 2 extensions).

Going back to Bnei Brak we have the double french braid. I left my glasses on so we get the full effect :)

and this is the inverted Heidi:

It's meant to be a single braid going around but my hair is so long I have to fold it. If your hair is shoulder length it will be ideal.

and with my bangs down:
