Day 5: The Heidi

Hi Ladies (and my husband, the only man to read this...),
This is day 5 and the do of the day is the Heidi. It's very simple and quick to do and works great for the everyday, casual look.

This is the front:
The back:

and my outfit for today:

I also wanted to ask you to tell me your tricks of dealing with frizzy hair?
Some of the girls that give good advice will be sent a little present, earrings similar to the ones I'm wearing in this pic. Ask your friends and tell them to post their experiences too! For all you short necked girls, don't worry I also have earrings that are not as long as these :)

XOXO

  1. Tell me- how do you make the braid on each side? do you just make it to the side and pick it up? or d you rather braid it upwards?
I love this look and your outfit :)
And as a girl with super frizzy hair- here is my trick.....
After the shower you put your hair up in a towel for approx. 20-30 minutes. after you put serum in your hair (not on roots)(I use garnier fructis) and comb it through. theen you put your hair up in a bun and either let it try naturally or blow dry it. when you let it down it is frizz free :)
I WANT THOSE EARRINGS- hehehehehe :)

  5. tricks you say... i do the up in a bun thing, and i keep it that way so as not to be bothered too much with the frizziness. alternatively, i braid the hair when it's still damp. in both cases though, frizz free doesn't last for long. how i dislike summer hair.
